Grace Leora Hanselpacker

Grace L. Hanselpacker of Harvey Station, NB passed away August 21, 2010 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Grace was born at Scotch Lake, NB in 1923, the only child of the late Daniel and Blanche (Ingraham) Jackson.

She is survived by her children, Audrey Hanselpacker, Fredericton, NB, William Hanselpacker Sr., Tracy, NB and George Hanselpacker (Tammy), Harvey Station, NB; her grandchildren, Nathan, Alisha, Amanda (Matt), Brennen, Charity (Matt), Selena, William, Jean-Guy, Jeanette (Jamie), Katie and Bradley; her great grandchildren, Emma and Chloe and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Grace was predeceased by her husband of fifty years, Hollis B. Hanselpacker in 1999.

Visitation was held at Swan Funeral Home, 1826 Highway 3, Harvey Station, NB on Monday, August 23, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service was held at St. Andrew’s United Church of Canada, 2350 Highway 3, Harvey Station on Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Kay Clowater officiating, assisted by Pastor Roger Cole. Special misic was provided by Pastor Todd McGuire and Penny McGuire. The Ecumenical Choir sang several selections with choir director Bev Little and organist Margie Grieve. Interment followed at Cherry Mountain Cemetery. Pallbearers were Stuart Swan, Raymond Nichol, Ross Little, Travis Harris, Brent Chapman and George Lawrence. A reception followed at the church.
